So far this has happend two times to me and now I'm wondering if this can dammage my Li-Po Batts. Usually I will charge my 22.2V 5000mAh 6C Air Thunder batts then take ten miniuts to load the car and drive 5 minuts to the field then fly. I then recharge from the car battery a few times. BUT sometimes when I get everything charged at home something will happen and I have to change plans and not go flying, then I'm left with fully charged Li-Pos. Now What ? Can this harm my batteries. What would most people do if that happens to them?

I fly exclusively on Lipos (13 Helis & Planes) I always fully charge and balance at the end of the days flying then topup each Lipo again before loading in the car the next week (takes 5 mins a battery)
Some say Lipos dont like being fully charged, I have yet to see a problem. Advantage of the double charge proceedure is if you miss one you catch on the second charge. I would rather start my day at the field knowing everything is 100% charged.
You can easily keep you charged Lipos batteries charged for one or two weeks without them needing topping off. If you are not going to use them longer than this you should keep them at 50% charge, then top off before going to fly.
I wish I could fly 24/7

the only issue I can see is if you charge them at home (cold enviroment) and leave them in the car on the sun (hot). The voltage will rise and the lipo might burst (over charged)
