guys,
I use cell pro charger,,,can charge upto 4 cells from FMA direct. I use 2100 mah Eflite lipo. Anyway sometimes charging goes to Safty mode then error comes. But best of my knowledge I don't exhaust the pack below 11 volt probably. But sometimes this problem comes. However anyone use CellPro charger? what type of troble u come accross while charging?

All's well that ends well

charging error

I don't use that charger, but it sounds like maybe the charger does not like how far the pack is being drawn down. You can set the charger to a lower charge rate, then bring the pack up a little and then return to your normal settings. If this works for you, then I would cut your flights a bit shorter. I have the accu-cycle elite and it doesn't seem to care how far I pull my packs down. I love this charger. Well worth the extra$$$

Safety mode on the Cellpro 4S indicates your pack is way out of balance. Read your cell voltages when it does this and see how far out they are.

Another problem I have seen that could be causing this is the adapter not making a solid connection. Try to wiggle the connector while its charging and see if the cell voltages dance around. If so, try a new adapter and the problem should go away. If not, your pack is probably on its last leg.

The Cellpro 4S is a great charger, I have two of them!

beeflyer2,
As u said that might be my fault say I drain the lipo much cell pro doesn't like that. Ok do u stop flying as soon as the heli's sound starts fading? Remember still u can fly for 2/3 min. Do u say that I have to stop as soon as the sound starts getting lower. If that's right the way probably I'm draining the lipo too much,,,,otherwise got to call charger company.Anyway ur trick like checking individual cell voltage "dancing around" is very wise.

All's well that ends well

If you are flying until you feel a noticeable drop off then you are probably damaging your packs. You should not draw more than 80% of your packs capacity. If you're running 2100mAh packs, then you should not be putting back more that 1680mAh.
