I have 4 different 11.1v 2000mah -2200mah "new" Tunder Power V2 2008 version(which you are supposed to only run for 5 minutes or less the first 5 cycles), (1) Fight Power 2170 mah, (2) stock Align 450 batteries. I have always taken the utmost care to take care of them and to not run them down past the threshold. I probably haven't flown any battery for more than 5 minutes at one time. I have the "latest greatest" per an AMA magazine article DN Balance Charger, for 1-4 cell batteries, uses different leads. It is probably out of warranty as I think it was 90 days. I bought last Nov. It is not a slam and dunk charger only cuz it will charge each cell 2.0 max volts.

Problem:

The second cell on all of the batteries will not take a full charge it ranges from 3,7-3.8 volts.

I also run some indoor 7.4v battery coaxials and it is the same thing. The second position will says "cell ok", and will charge some, but doesn't charge the second position more than 3.8 volts.

I am only a second season pilot and don't have large support system but you guys.....

Has anyone else had this type of problem? My guess is that my relative "new" state of the art computer chip driven balance charger, is out. Any other thoughts?
