| I bought a Hacker motor from them and after about 3 min of flight, the motor broke/seized up. So, I sent it back asking for a refund cuz I want to get tango instead. They said, " If the motor has been used then we cant give refunds, only store credit." Well, how does someone know if the motor is defective unless one uses it right? This is after they told me to send the motor in and promised me a refund..
