I hope to be around, that's right around the time I'm suppose to return from one of my deployment work-ups. Just not sure on the exact date. Only other issue I see is the 18th being my anniversary. Wife might be a little PO'd. Time will tell.

HI guys..
I will be moving soon to Jax. I have my pad and boom already set at Southside Blvd. The ???? is how far would the Gathering from where am at?. I use to be from Jax but moved midwest, dont laugh..I already have a hard time couping with the thought Anyways..how much is the club fee. I would like to learn how to fly would that be posible?.. am a newbie and i have some heli already put together for the event. I will be moving sometime October which i thought might make the Fly. I am into scale and cant get my scale flying.. I love some expert to fly it though..I like to see it fly..Anyone?..

There are several guys that will be glad to help you with your machine and get you flying.
Depending on where in the Southside, the club is approx 15-20 min. Their is a map and directions on the site. Hope to see you there!!

Good job on the flyer, I like the "modern restrooms" listed as an amenity. I dare to ask what they used to be? Five gallon buckets? Anyway, count me in. Hopefully just about everyone in our area that flies will be there.

Looks like I will be there, this year. I had a scheduling scare from work, but found out this week it's been cleared.

Is it a decent place to tent camp at? I haven't done that in a long time (Phoenix Funfly 2000). It's pretty cool to roll out of the sack, step out the tent, and fly

camping in Jax in midsummer? man you guys are hardcore. my idea of camping is a hotel that doesnt have room service. little too hot for my taste.
