Hello everyone Papa Sal from Reno, NV. I would like to know how to turn our ball links 1/2 turn? remove both ends and turn 1/2 until small end faces out

ball links can only go on one way, so ita a full turn i'm afraid. if you force a ball link on the wrong way you'll most likely stretch it and ruin it. If you really need a half turn you could un-screw the ball, clip the link on with the narrow side facing the screw mount and then screw the ball back on. this would most probably give you limited movement from the joint, but you'd have to check first.

another way to only slightly increase/decrease the pitch is to alter the lenght of the swash-washout linkage. One full twist of these linkages will give you only half a twist of adjustment in the washout-bladegrip link

Thanks Marcus. My pitch linkage are "fixed" so i think another thing to do is make up a set that can be adjustable?

HeliMax 450XL w/ 325mm fiberglass blades. I have been flying it(working out the bugs) for about one year. Could my dampers be worn out already???? I have not done 3-D.....yet. I can on my flight sim. but I'M CHICKEN!!!!! I already "put in" My t-rex 450 and am slowly getting it back together, but it's going to be great! Thanks for your help. It seems there are not to many heli pilots here in Reno for assistance. And the only hobby shop to offer help is 45 miles away.So again THANKS. I've done every thing by trial and........yep....error

Gotta be someone near by that could help. You just need to look harder.

Rocket City links go on both ways. Don't think they will work with those smaller helis.
