Radio - Futaba FASST > T7C 2.4 Airplane vs Heli

I was going to purchase the T7C today and the guy at the LHS said the one they have is only fr Airplanes and the switches are different. I did notice the Throttle has a ratchet( I assume this can be removed). Is he correct or full of it I can find anything on Fatuba's web site about it or here. On the front it states "Airplane/Heli" any help I don't wish to by the wrong one at $280. I have to do something the weather is great and I cannot fly my cheap radio Crapped out on me.

What do you mean Heli's don't bounce??

Hi Sparky19692,

I have got the radio which is for airplanes but I use it to fly my Mini Titian without any problem. The switches are different but am getting use to it and the ratcheted plate on the Throttle can be removed easily.
