in the process of converting my cp pro to brushless main and tail, upon trying to install the feigao tail motor the screws dont line up because of the flat spot on the plastic, do you enlarge the screw hole to make it work or try and sand the flat spot out some which looks like a pain in th a--, i've read the posts here but are there any additional installations tips, i'll be using a tb-9 and feigao on tail with a gy401, and an eflite 4100kv with a 10 tooth and a tb-18 and a thunder power 1320, with stock radio for now until i can get my hands on a dx6i or dx7 preferably....

fly hard or keep trying!!!!

My Feiago tail just fit right in the stock motor housing. I was using CP2 tail motor housing. The screw didn't lined up but I just made one of the hole bigger to make it fit.

Becareful with the feiago motor, those 3 wires are very fragile, one of mine broke and causes short circuit and burned up my ESC in no time. For now I'm just using GWS brushed DD.

I just elongated the holes slightly, and used a washer under the head of the screw.

How to Rewire the Feigao Tail Motor - a little fussy, but do-able.

Happy Flying!
