I have a bad bearing in my hyper 50 it seems. I have the replacement boca bearing but it has seals on both sides? The stock one doesnt have seals. Do I just take one side of the seal off or both or just leave them on?

Thanks

if it's a metal seal you may get a way with leaving it on but I have not ever heard of one being used in an engine before, , if it's plastic or rubber I would think you would have to remove it and clean the grease out of it,, you have to leave the outside seal in the front bearing and remove all the grease..

another thing, because a sealed bearing is filled with grease it will reduce power a bit

Would it be a bad time to tell you that you paid about 3x more than you needed to for that bearing?
