This might be of interest to you this is my RJX Hurrican 50 fly-bar-less converted with some extreme parts and some machined parts housing an OS90SZ its flying on NHP 620 blades cooling is fine using a CSM carb smart its had some gentle hovers an auto and will be doing mild 3d next with lots of flight checks in between just to make sure its not stressed to much, take off's are a pure adrenalin rush then you land it and piss your sides.hayabusa

We just put an OS70 in one of out TREX 600 Nitro flybarless helis and its stupid powerful. You should have a lot of fun with that heli...IMHO they should just make the 90 mounts for the 50s because its flys a heck of a lot better with the added power even with the small weight penelty....not like it matter with flybarless:d

Honestly you dont need a carb smart, even cold that engine will produce way more power than any 50. The OS70 we use nearly the same temp(on the back plate) before and after the flight.

HI tobar and Eco8gator the RJX fusion 90 is performing well the engine just whispers along at 1800 head speed at 12600rpm and 2071 head speed at 14500rpm its flying weight is 8lb 3oz (3.7kg) Initial flights where tried with the 0S90SZ as it comes out of the box when I fitted the carb smart the power was constant and engine temperature maintained with smoother and better performance I also fitted extra shims in the head vibration levels have improved and feels crisper on 30 nitro. It’s a shame manufactures don’t do kits to convert to big block motors for the power hungry, climb outs are stunning. I must admit that on my 600n fly-bar-less 50 hyper 30% nitro using a CSM revlock 30 initial climb outs are not far behind and when mistakes are made the collective pitch management saves the day I want to get the RJX under 8lb then I will be happy the conversion is well worth the effort for **** loads of fun.hayabusa
