Does anybody know the dimensions of the Hirobo Sceadu Evo battery tray?
I want to purchase the biggest NiMh that will fit inside the enclosed tray with 1-2mm padding all around.
Thanks RCfun

The internal dimensions of the battery compartment are: 50mm wide 90mm long 23mm-24mm high
Remember that the base is angled up at the ends with a 45-degree angle that cuts about 6mm from the lower corners.

IIRC I had a 4 cell sub-c pack in mine for a while. It's tight, but it worked. Just be careful on how the wires exit the tray.

I have managed to get a 4200mAh sub c ni-mh pack in the battery tray aka mechanical mount. The pack came with a Tamya connector which I cut off. There was no front to back movement but just enough room to put a single layer of the foam supplied with the kit on the top and bottom.
Even though the bottom of the tray is angled it doesn't make whole lot of differenct because the cells are round they wouldn't go into the corner if it were there.

Thank you for your answers.
Are Sub-C cells always 23mm in diameter?
Leif are you sure it is only 13-14mm high? That would not allow for a sub-c cell (if all sub-cs are 23mm in diameter)?.

Sorry. I measured 23-24mm and wrote down 13-14 for some reason. I've corrected the original post.
