6 months ago i was thinking of getting into 90's,but after researching the cost and the crash cost. i went eletric. The heli's cost is the same as 50 nitros or less in the swift's case.crash cost is the same as a 50 or less as in the swift's case, plus they're much cheaper to fly.i don't know about a gasser but compared to a 90 eletrics are half or less to fly but will out perform the best 90 out there.just compared to a 50 nitro the batteries are free after a hundred flights if you consider how much fuel you would have burned it your nitro for that same amount of flying.plus you don't have to rebuild your motor all the time. i'm getting pretty sick of replaceing pistons and bearings in my fleet of 7 hyper 50's.Now that I've seen the light ,Ihave no plans to add any more nitros to my fleet,Infact I've already started parting out some of my hawks. Another nice thing is i can fly theme in my back yard with out worring about iritateing my neigbors, and when i get off work and i only have 90 minutes of light i can get 15 flights in with my eletris because i don't need to waise all that time getting the nitro fueled started adjusted.it always seams to take 30 minutes just to get the nitro ready to fly.with the eletrics i just plug in the battery and go fly.

You know, I almost bought one a while back until I discovered that the picture is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what you get in the box. If the heli actually came with what was pictured, I would buy one. It's like saying buy this Datsun B210 and pictured is a Porsche

the 620 is a sweet heli. i have 5 flights on mine so far . the power is awesome.I'm running the 10s setup right now but am planning on going to 12s as soon as i have it all dialed in .the eletrics work especialy well in the winter compared to the nitro's.the only trick is keep the batteries warm befor you take off.with my nitros i have nothing but trouble when i fly in the winter, but i logged a couple hundred flights last winter on my 6s swift 16 and the only issue i had was the maingear stripping when realy popping it hard in 3d.but they have a heavy duty one now plus with the 620 you can install the double maingear for $9.99 and the long pinion for &8.95 and problem solved.
You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal on a fully blinged 600e heli then the 620 combo deals. did i mention the parts are cheap and very little problems with being out of stk.

I converted one of my hawks, but if I would have known about the Swift i would have done that.
I like my gasser (ma 1005) but it is a different mission. Since the wind blows mostly morning to night, the electric is the first flight of the morning, usually in the street or park. Not much noise, quick and precise. The gasser comes out when the wind is howling and i need to fly or the battery is on charge.
Get Swift!

Comparing the Swift to a gasser is not even apples and oranges it is more like oranges and Watermelons.

All BS aside my dream is a big Gasser swinging 810mm blades and running on 86 octane fuel for 30 min. It makes My sticker peck out just thanking about it. Im a sport flyer and dont care much for that stick banging, epileptic seizure looking heli flying. Dont get me wrong its a skill I wish I had but love that FFF and roll/loop thing with a huge Gasser.

If it doesn't fly sell it!

That's my point they are so far from each other that you can't really make a comparison.
