Dont waste your time with heli hobby. They really pissed me off the past couple of days. I finally seen the canomod red n9 canopy in stock and then ordered it online . I called last monday to make sure it was coming. The girl on the phone said someone came in the store to buy it and was upset it was spoken for ( my order). Well, needless to say she went to check what happened and I guess the instore customer got the canopy. Nevermind that I've been waiting for this to be in stock for the past year. Than to make a longer story short, it took several phone calls to get them to refund my paypal payment.
I love that canomod canopy, but I refuse to ever shop helihobby again. After telling this story to a few local guys I heard other horror stories where refunds are concerned. Good luck. Al

As it turns out this was a HeliHobby related case but a huge confusion because we don't have a store front. I am retracting the other companies name that we are often confused with for their sake.

Please disregard my complaint with helihobby. There was a misunderstanding mostly on my part as to why the canopy showed as in stock, then was not available. Helihobby took the time to help me understand the mix up (they were not at fault) and offered to help in anyway they could to get one on order for me. I would not hesitate to use Helihobby in the future. Sorry guys, Thanx Al
