| I would mechanically try to make it so everything is at 100% for both full and low throttle. Make sure both arms are parallel to each other. Then there is no need for offsets or anything. This will make things 10x better. From there you don't need to do anything tricky, just set your various idle settings for different modes. (I typically have my hold a hair higher than in normal should I need to abort an auto)
