well it has to be coordinated, but the way is done is constant tail input to the left and a constant right circle on the right stick assuming you're mode 1 with throtle on the left keep a small and consistent circle on the right stick,

follow the helicopters pyro rate
and keep the heli from folling down so remember to ad collective according to the heli either upside down= negative collective or right side up= positive collective,

practice till you get it right,it'll be hard at first but just keep at it,the secret is to keep up with the helis pyro rate, the faster the pyro the faster you have to move the sticks

I think you mean a piro flip
(almost nobody does real chaos)

Use your phone as a heli model
There are four upright tail positions
and four inverted tail positions
at 12, 3, 6 and 9 O'Clock

Work out what stick input is required at each point

It will make you a better pilot

The easiest way to work it out initially is to learn to do piro loops and then just reduce the diameter untill its rotating on the same axis

In these animations, be sure to look at the sticks for the correct mode of transmitter. switch26 had it wrong, in the US we fly mode 2 and I think in England it is the same.
