| For all the Rotortech Blades that leave our warehouse, we are surprised by the low amount of defective claims. Almost 99.9% of the time, the blades are damaged due to mishandling or shipping damage. This is not to say that these blades could be either of the above but they could fall into the .01% that actually have a defect that shouldn't have passed QA inspection.
JAGNZ: Since you are in New Zealand, please contact your local retailer where you purchased the blades from. They will contact their distributor who should take care of them right away as we back all our dealers/distributors. If your retailer gives you any problems, please let us know who they are and if possible, which distributor they purchased from. |
