| Look at the lines i drew on your picture, they should be parallel and looks like they arent ?
i would adjust linkage lengths first to make sure the servo ball line is parallel to the bellcrank ball line. while this is in line, you should see the rear bellcrank's inner ball through the small hole in the frames, this means the system is setup right. if it isnt - correct it and try again.
