Biggest thing that comes to mind is the washout links. The small side of the hole goes towards the swash plate so I snapped it on to the ball then put the screw in the swashplate.

The other thing is the servos are installed in two steps, reverse the order of the steps or the ones you put in first are in the way.

Everything else I remember is pretty straight forward, if you have any questions just ask.

If you have a radio that supports it 140 is the way to go.

I think 135 is the perfect setup but nobody makes it (except g-force addon for the 600N)

I don't think my DX-7 supports 140 does it?

No but you can use the 140ccpm anyway by using 120ccpm on the radio and a simple mix.

Do a search, some guys have come up with some neat numbers for the Vibe

Okay, what's the story on the set screws for the swashplate. My swashplate doesn't have any free play. Do I still need to install the three set screws for the swashplate?

Yes, put the set screws into the swashplate even if there is no play.
Use only a tiny amount of thread lock and screw them in until they just touch home. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM !!

Nothing. It will prevent you loosing them and if someday the bearing does get sloppy you won't find those screws

What do you mean by not overdo it with the headspeed? I'm running 2050 rpm to get the YS on 17500.

I set the governer for 2100 and boy the vibe was making a noise I never heard before all the guys at the field were looking at the heli like it was going to blow up. I checked everything over , could not find anything wrong so I just set the head speed to 1800 and the noise was gone ?

wierd. Mine is pretty quiet at 2100. I even double checked the headspeed as it seemed too quiet. I was expecting to hear the engine racing but no.
