| Are you using the big Futaba servo wheels? If you are at the outer holes (30mm) and everything's square, washout arms parallel, radio at exactly neutral at zero stick, then it IS at the right spot for zero pitch up to the swash (MA machines are very precise). If you are taking a "reading" on the blade itself, and adjusting linkages to get the blades to zero at this condition, and then finding that the pitch range seems off, I would suspect that your blade "reading" was not correct. Try dialing down the swash mix on pitch until you get 24 degrees (or whatever your prefer) of travel from high to low stick. Then go back and be more careful, double triple check how you're using your pitch gage, and see what linkage adjustments need to be made to get zero on the blades. The upper and lower pitch range should then fall right in.
