| What you are seeing is normal. When the receiver lights are blinking, that means it has experienced a power loss (Or brown-out), and the TX has not been powered off.
Nothing to worry about. It's a good idea to cycle the TX, though. That way, you will know if your receiver does exerience a power loss in flight.
The older I get, the shorter my attention....... Oh look. A shiny penny..
