Pantera arrived yesterday! I purchased a sim this winter, and found that I too had become addicted to Helis! After searching the net for Heli kits, I came across RR And Audacity. My inital reaction was to the low price, and how this tipacally relates to a lesser quality product. After following the posts here, further research and common sense, I had no hesitation to go with a pantera 50. I would like to thank John Beech for his unrelenting passion and customer service! I placed my order on audacity's web site at 6pm, and by 9pm John had called to discuss an item on my order. Upon learning this was my first venture into rc's, he gave 20 min. of his valuable time to steer me in the right direction with his kit! WOW!! How do you surpass that for service? I will build and represent his product to the best of my abilities! Thanks to all who have contributed to these forums, and have given me the confidence to put one of these things together! (and my wife DOES say ONE, not 14!)

....guess thats why I dont have a wife. haha. Welcome aboard. The Pantera and the Tiger are two of the most underrated r/c helicopters I have ever seen. Actually, as much as I like mine, I'd say they are THE most underrated, unappreciated heli's being marketed.

It's a very straightforward build. I have offered to assemble the helicopter for several new kit owners and none have taken me up on it and we havent heard a peep out of any of them during assembly so that should be a testiment to the documentation. Remember to disassemble the preassembled head assembly to grease the thrust bearings. Like enahs said, we're right here if you get stuck.

Welcome.
You should have no problems with the build and we are only a post away if you have a question.
Please do a tear down of the head and lube all the parts. This will not only make things work for a long time. It will "teach" you how things work and help you understand how things work.

My name is Billm. Cough, and I'm a Heli Holic
