Hi all,

just wanted to say that John B has won me over and I have added two Tigers to my fleet in the last 3 weeks. The Tigers I have added are used but I am looking forward to flying them and getting the Tiger Grin.

I dont know how you can't. I didnt expect the Tiger to anything like the Pantera but it does! In it's own rights it flies very well and I'm surprised and I am sure John is disappointed that at $210 it isn't flying off the helf and being raved about in all the magazines. Even more than the Pantera, the Tiger is so underrated and ignored, it's ridiculous.

When the Tiger first came out, the talk was kind of like Tiger vs Evo. No one really compared the Tiger with the Raptor because it flew so great and was designed to specifically address Raptor weaknesses. Then came the Trex 600 which devoured the world since it had such a huge retail footprint with the 450, which could arguably be considered the first and for a while the only "good" mass-production, mini-electric. This grass-roots operation just got clobbered by good marketing and big pockets at Align. We sound like cheerleaders, but it really is a great heli backed by great service and a passion for the hobby. Oh, and the manual is so good, I lent it to someone learning to fly a completely different heli so they could understand curves, adjustments, the head, etc. I wish this was the first heli I bought.

The Tiger is an awsome ship. I learned how to fly with one.
Now the Tiger has been converted to a night ship. Panteras are my 3d of choice. I still have the night tiger grin.

My name is Billm. Cough, and I'm a Heli Holic

Very cool looking Bill. I still haven't been bitten by the night flying bug.

Let your flying do the talking - don't talk about your flying
