Hi guys, a buddy of mine purchased a gyro from lomo here on RR> This was his first or second online purchase and it has now been 3 weeks with no answer or product from lomo. He has since filed the paypal claim, etc and has also found two other RR members waiting for stuff from this guy.

I have seen the RR community come together before and catch these guys, maybe you could pitch in here as well. The name on the paypal account is: Karel Kania and they supposedly live in Florida. Here are some pics of lomo from his gallery:

If you recognize this character or can get a hold of him, please tell him to send out the Trex 450, JR 9303, and GY 611 he has sold recently to the waiting parties. I hate to see anyone ripped off.... and Lomo - if you read this, just make things right bro.

I think the white and yellow shirt are the same shirt/different color. Might have found them on a 2 for 1 rack....

Yeah, and the scammer had already crashed the heli too. The scammer went out and bought everything brand new and delivered it to the scammed person IIRC.

Buddy called the number above, they said they have no idea who he is looking for. He will try again later. Also, he was able to gather more info. The guys email is Kania4@msn.com and here is a thread on RCGroups he is selling on also: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=836807

Wherever a scammer may be, there is probably a member of the RR Family closer than they think.

He was online here today at 4:54 PM so no doubt he saw this thread or somebody told him about it. Hopefully it motivates him to take care of these guys, thats all anyone wants.

( I know when he was online because I sent him a PM over a week ago that he hasnt read yet and the PM tracking system shows you when somebody last logged in

same thing happened with the guy that scammed me.

he would go online on a regular basis, but ignore (not even read) my pm's, until someone else chimed in. then got all pissy, and hasn't been online since. i lost a 10X radio and the $50 i spent shipping it for nothing.
