Canopy FXDoes anyone sell their canopies in a brick and mortor store in Calif. I sent an emailto them, but no rsponse. I guess they are busy with shows or something. I'm looking for both a Synergy and a Trex 600EP canopy. Thanks, Rich

last I knew, Canopy FX was an after the day job business. His wife handled the day time contact and he painted at night/weekends.
I have one of his canopys in my gallery, good work, reasonable prices, my turn around was about (3) weeks as I recall.
But I guess it is too much for a customer to ask for a prompt response. Becareful if you pi$$ Joe off he will start playing runryder games. It's funny how some people accept substandard service and make excuses for the poor service. But when spending my cash I expect prompt service, it is not my concern that the business is part time or full time. And I don't intend in making exceptions for a part time business. So Joe playing the kind of games I have seen recently from you, it will just prove the point that you are truely an amateur and we shouldn't expect anything more.
All emails and phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Most of the time if you call between the times listed on the web site you get me or my wife. If you did not email the Sales@ address, we will probably not get it. But when all else fails please call. Please read my post that George has linked to. I prefer to talk to you in person versus email.

Last week I sent out several emails to different companies. I need a canopy and just a somple paint scheme. The average price was between $150 -$230. Acehelis.com was the cheapest and has the fastest turn around time 2-3 wks. If you really want a fantastic canopy I would recommed Arizona heli.
