| you know I had this happened on the same setscrew,, I drilled out the center of the SetScrew, just the center,, then I could pull the hub off the shaft (that took a little twisting back and forth),, then I heated up the hub/setscrew and remove the setscrew, I tapped in a small tapered Reamer and twisted out the setscrew, , I guess you could use a small Easy-Out once you get the hub off the shaft.
if you have locktite between the hub and shaft you may need to heat the 2 to pull them apart,,
it took me a while, about 2 years and 5 or 6 crashes into the hobby to realize my Century helis will stay together without having to over-use the locktite on the setscrews...
I don't think you can use a larger setscrew because it wont seat in the recess on the shaft..
