got a neu 1907 last week, and today on the 6th flight I lost all power and had to auto in,come to find out the shaft came loose inside the rotor.can slide it in and out.
Anybody seen this?
I'm planning on sending it in for warrenty.
Is there a quick fix so i don't have to wait an eternaty for it to come back.
It looks like it was green loctited from the factory.but i would think there should be some press fit also. and right now it slides freely.

I've seen the same complaint posted here a few times, so it seems to be a (relatively speaking) common problem. Others have all had their motors fixed under warranty without problem so far as I remember.

Green loctite would seem to make sense, although I know some manufacturers use epoxy.

Happened to me 3 times on different motors, once they changed the rotor caps to bigger ones, problem solved.
