I know one or two of you are solidworks resellers... do they ever run any pricing specials? Probably not... but I am just curious. Thanks!

I seem to find the best deals at the end of the year. They have all kinds of deals on the subscription services as well as discounts on the product itself.

It is a pretty large investment, but it has paid for itself many many times.

Hi,

I beleive that the retail price for SW Office Premium is $7995. Your VAR may be able to give you a discount. Mine did since I run a small business that uses SW. You can get in to the low end version for as "little" as $3995. You could also look into the student version if you are one or have one of them around. If you want to get the upgrades / bug fixes etc. you have to be on "maintenance" and that will only run you ~$2500/year. So, it ain't cheap but for me it has also paid for itself many times over.

Regards,

Mike G

ps. I bought my seat 3 years ago pricing may change.
