So I've got everything functioning well on the bench but I'm just wondering how critical it is to change to Mikado balls to get a larger diameter on the swash? The Mikado balls included with the 600 conversion kit are too small. (the threads) The instructions say that the Mikado balls are bigger than the Align balls but thats not true in this case.

Anyone know whats going on here?

Oh, also I've installed the setup for the 600n. Do I need to change anything for the 600e?

They must of included the wrong balls.

When I got my set, 3 were correct but one was too small (threads). If you email Mikado at info@mikado-heli.de about the issue they will send you the correct balls. Inge from Mikado was very helpful with this.

If you use the Align balls there is play as they are slightly smaller.

the swashes are different on the trex600e and trex600n, need to use the correct swash settings for each, and the sensors will need rev as well.

Got all that worked out but now I've got some oscillation on the elevator.

Anyone got a setup for the 600e I could try out?
