I re-wired her a bit. Didn't like the big loop of wires, so tucked them in some. Made a big difference actually. I likey!

I also bought an OS Bubbless clunk for her since the issue with the Hayes clunk line and I had to remove the main tank to fix it anyway. Turns out the bubbless clunk does not fit into the hole in the tank. So since the connector nipple on my left-over Align clunks is longer, I decided to use one in the main tank and one in the header.

I used my dremel to cut a slit in the intake end so it doesn't suck itself against the wall of the tank (all clunks have slits for this - Align screwed up), and then I used Clyde's trick to make sure the Hayes is held on strongly. Everything went back together sweet!

Radio Tray

Did anyone notice that I doubled up on the radio tray?

Since all of my helicopters have come out a bit tail heavy anyway, instead of adding useless weight in the nose, I decided to double up on the radio tray to stiffen it.

You wouldn't believe how much stiffer the tray is now. Just one extra tray made it at least 3 times stiffer! I used a very thin layer of 2 part epoxy on each section, and then clamped them down to my bench with a large C-clamp to hold pressure. Man is it stiff and strong now.
