Yeah I know,My buddy just found his camara.
My new 650a motor just showed up ,But It's raining and it's not going to stop for a couple days.Maybye sunday i can try the new motor.
On the bright side, my 620 just showed up yesterday,so that'll keep me busy while it's raining. Already have it assembled, just installing elitronics.

Just came in from the first test flight on the century 650a motor with 8s setup. It was a let down
I talked to heliworld before i ordered it and they said it should run fine on 8s if geared properly. But I'm thinking I'm going to have to run 10s on it to make perform,as it is the NEU 1907 makes the 650a look pathetic. To be fair though it is listed as a 10 or 12s motor, so I will try that before passing final judgement.
I have the 620 ready to fly, Just waiting for the latest blizzard to blow on through so i can maiden it.
AS it was i flew the swift 16 8s this morning in 30 mph wind and snow, Just had to see how that new motor would perform.

It is the 1.5 with an internal fan, but not the heli version with the big fan and cooling fins.
I'm thinking of ordering a 1910 in 800 to 900 kv to try as well.
You can never have to much power.

I installed a 14 tooth pinion yesterday on the 650a motor on 8s.It's definetly alot better. running the same headspeed as the 1907 was,but it still doesn't stack up to the 1907.However the run times are better.

VERY FUNNY.as a matter of fact my buddy with the camera was over tonight to repair his latest crash and this morning i called and reminded him to bring the camera and guess what.He forgot again. But it was raining anyways.my 1907 should be back before long. It's much more impressive then the centruy 650a.

tryed 10s today in the double maingear swift 16.pulls 14 degrees easy but it has so much power that with full pitch the tail won't hold.I gues it's time for a 620 boom nad belt so i can run 95mm tail blades.Did i mention the power is insane. It's kind of nrve wracking to fly because it reacts so fast. You definetly better have your game on when you fly this monster.

The neu 1907 is back from it's warrenty work.2 weeks to the day.I'm impressed
now i can quit flying with that 650a motor and get some real horsepower back.the 650 is ok .power on 10s is compable to the 1907 on 8s but the extra battery weight is a big negitive. It'll be intersting to see the difference going back to the 1907.

AAWWEE it is nice to have the 1907 back.there is no comparison to the 650 century motor. However I'm haveing trouble with my century 85/110 esc.three times now it cut out in mid flight no where near the voltage cut off.It only cuts out for a second or 2 and then comes back with no slow spool up or osilation just shuts off completely and then bang it's back.the radio is still working fine. today it did it right in the middle of a flip. A little unnerveing.I had this esc in my 620 also and it did in that heli 2 times as well.and i even have a 2.4 radio in that one.some thing else i noticed is that switching from the castle hv 85 i lost 150 headspeed and the motor is running really hot now.Definatly not impressed with century esc's.Any body got any ideas or is this esc just a peice of junk.

I just spapped a few quick shots.later i'll line them up in the drive way.
there should be in these pictures .
1 gohbee phazor 600
3 raven 50's
1 swift 16 6s
1 swift 16 8 s
1 swift 620 10s
2 compass knight 50 sports
1 jr venture 50
3 mx 450's
1 kinetic 50
1 kinetic 75
1 hawkpro37
3 hawkpros' are in different states of repair and engine swaps and are not pitured.
1 carbon 600e trex 600 is on the way and should be here on tuesday.
I also didnot piture my 2 micrs that i learned to fly on.
so if you count them all that would be 22 helis.
but i don't fly the micrs any more, and i'm thinking of parting out one or 2 of my hawks or converting them to eletrics.
It'll probably be converting.as i can't stand to part out a heli.
