Hi Guys,
I am mounting at the moment the Futaba 611 Gyro in combination with the BLS251.

Have some general questions:
1. do I need to change the gain in the amp from 100% to 90%? what is the exact function of this option. because untill now I always left it 100% and adjusted the gain in the transmitter.

2. which gain settings are you guys using the transmitter? 32%-37%?

3. Any one has experecience with this Combination?

Thanks,
Regards, Dave

Have a look at knowledge base on Real Raptors. There are some settings for the 611 and the blitz on there.

Hi Jonty,
There is where I have seen the 90% gain in amp but I want to know the function of it.

In setup is this:
Gyr – 90% Gain
90% Heading Hold

And in Gyro settings following:
Control Delay I - 15
Control Delay DI - 50
Gain in amp 35-37%
FMOD 3D

I use 37% of Gain on almost all of my helis and on some 50´s I go to 32% but the question is why should we change in ¨AMP¨ from a 100% AVS to 90%?

Regards, Dave

Oh I see - sorry. Unfortunately I have only just got my 611 having used a 401 for so long. Hopefully someone with a bit more experience on the 611 can help.

Hi Saleh,
Thanks for the answer I fly with 32% at the moment and tail stay rock steady.

My final question is: can you explain me why you change the gain (AVC) in the 611 amp from 100% to 90%?

Regards,
Dave
