Henseleit 3DNT - Rocket - 3DMP > Question - 3DNT front tail belt pulley

My buddy got a used 3DNT. He took it apart and found that the front tail pulley was slipping.

How should the pulley be attached? There is no key, just a bolt holding the assy together. I figured green loctite and a star washer under the bolt should do it, but wanted your input first. The instructions treat the pulley as a single assembly and no mention of how it is properly assembled.

Thanks,

it is only sold as 1 piece , but you can undo the 13 mm bolt on the bottom can you ? or maybe that is loose ?
what slipping you mean , the actual gear to pully connection, or just the belt on the pully ?

The pulley is slipping on the cylinder on which it rides.

I am just going to bond it with red loctite.
