Engines Plugs Mufflers Fuel > OS 70 + exhaust system

I have an old vigor CS in reasonable condition. I built it at Xmas 2001/2002 and used a Webra 60 as a powere source. This was before 90's were on the Scene. Unfortuneatly the Webra's big end went big time and as I did not want to go to the expense and effort of changing to a 90 I installed an OS70. However after it has run and been stationary for a few minutes it floods with OIL, the tube to the carb being blocked with a clip so it is not fuel and if I turn the engine directly it has stopped it is not flooded. I am still using the manifold and pipe from the Webra.
Has anyone any ideas hoe to solve this prroblem? I cannot install a harori as the bottom plate of the Vigor passes the centre line of the exhaust port.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers Bev.

Nipple?

Just a couple questions, I only read this on another topic a few minutes ago, but does the pressure nipple off the pipe come off the top or bottom? If your nipple is on the low end of the muffler it could be forcing the unburnt oil back into the tank.
Or (just re-read your full post) If the manifold that was on the Webra curves DOWN into the engine, from the muffler, then that could be where the oil is coming from, backflow right into the exhaust port.
Otherwise don't know where plain oil would come from.

problem solved

The problem was the manifold which collected the unburnt oil and then after a few minutes this oil flowed into the engine and flooded it. I have replaced the exhaust system with a Hatori #998 90FS2. This solved the problem however I can only the 8 mins flight and I only fly around gently. However I do not have to remove the plug after every flight
Thanks for your help
Cheers Bev
