June 28th & 29th NEW LOCATION !!! Formly held in Urbana, Oh
The event is being held in Piqua Ohio this year due to complications at my home field.

This site is GREAT ! It is located 1/2 mile off I-75 on US RT 36 in Piqua, Oh. Plenty of Hotels, places to eat and super easy access all within a mile of the field. I will post a list and contact info this week.
We will have space for RV's ( no hook ups ) Did I say the site is beautiful? A map will be posted on www.flyurbana.com in the next few days.

Working on a prize list.... lots of fun, great pilots and friends.

I have had several PM's asking about the RV's and if the field will be open Friday evening. The answer is YES it will be open ( no locked gate ) We should be able to hold 6 to 8 RV's if we need to.

It appears that we will have 4 or 5 flight stations and a couple of novice hover areas to each end of the field. If you are new, we plan on a step clinic for those that need it. Plans for a Sat. evening bon fire and night fly are planned.

For all of those in central Ohio, come on out! This has always been a good fun fly and this year promises to be another exceptional year.

Cancelling Heart of ohio rotor challenge

Due to family emergencies demanding time and attention as well as not to interfere with other events scheduled the same weekend I found it best to just cancel the event for 2008. If things change I may hold something late in the year, but after the jamboree I am burned out.
