Cold, wet and very windy

Had a cracking day out and good to catch up with all the other heli nuts

Steve and Dave put on very respectable C schedule demo's

Although Steve's Sportsman A schedule demo was a lot slicker

Matt flew a good Sportsmans B schedule demo as well

Next stop Charmouth

C Schedule

Isn't C schedule fun!! We flew it for the first time about a month ago, I laughed for a week afterwards. It's not often you see world class guys scoring a zero now and again because you can't rememebr which way to roll or piroette.

Sportsmans A B C

i am confused here, when you say SPORTSMANS are you talking about the level below what you,Dave and Mark fly ? ie our level ?

Cos i only thought there was A ( old sportsmans schedule) B ( the old F3C schedule)

I just wanna make sure i am practicing the right one...

I fly the A which on the Aero's

Loop,roll,immelman,pushover,540,Split S, Powered or Auto

I was watching One of the team doing the C schedule,

All i can say is WOW, some of those angles are just horrid, I assume the C schedule is the fly off ?

All i can say is good luck Steve and rest of the team, that is one hell of a routine - well beyond me in my present commitments...

Can i ask Steve, how many hours a week do you practice to keep your standard up ?

Sean is right, what is practice! I certainly don't do enough and would love to be able to get down to the field more often but its just not possible.

I guess that during the season I'll do about 6-8 tanks a week for F3C practice & setup

As for Charmouth.. the weather reports don't look good at the moment.. but at least the bar will be open! And I'm sure we can steal the old mans Chinook for some indoor activities

thanks for the posts guys

My 5 tanks today of practice and familirisation, i just wanted to see how much you guys do..

Sean made a good point, with the extra practice you could deffinatly be in the top rankings, i have seen your flying, incredibly smooth and accurate as are the rest of the collegues...

I find it very pleasurable to watch - the flying that is

but i doubt you find it relaxing, have a good weekend at Charmouth, i was hoping to come down but one of my kids has been very ill and in and out of hospital these last couple of weeks... so i wont be there...
