Developed to promote the civil applications of UAVs, the Challenge is the only event of its kind in Australia and has proven a flying success with students and professional enthusiasts alike. Very good to hear, I thought Aus. had heavy regulations on UAV's? We need events such as that here in the states, we aren't "Outback" but the US still has a few uninhabited jungles.

As far as I'm aware nobody won the top prize of $40K last year, would be great to get some international competitors. I'm thinking we might have a go this time around.
