Sorry friends I needed to move on. Thanks to everyone who supported my product. I hope someone will step up and carry on this product.
Other projects are now taking all my time.

OK looks like is free way to go ahead and looks like Im one of the last buyers.. But I need another 3 SG. The hammer came to action
One chip and 3 resistors - simple as it is

have ordered the chip already for 10 pieces of SG. The case will be similar - upgraded some nice holder to mount the SG easier.

You bought the through hole package rather than SMD?! C'mon.. you can reflow an SOIC

What are those anyway?.. I cannot tell from the picture. 741 perhaps? Maybe an optocoupler? I sure hope its not a uC.

Guessing wrongly Hold on! Just asked by PM Tom F for his permit to go ahead . Even looks like is just formal, better to know his opinion.

Hi,

I think I read the SG has an optocoupler. Probably the signal from the electric system is useable without a lot of tinkering. Probably the IC contains the optocoupler that shapes the incoming signal to a digital output signal. No digital signal processing is necessary.

Looks like a small project. Hope to hear more.

Old cleaned circuit here

but I thing it is bit wrong - no t handy. The engine is always lover than the governor. For this reason I have made new circuit with wires in more convenient position.

The case will be sized like the GY401 and the mount will look like the coil mounts. Other info follows soon.

Hi,

Could you give some info about the electronic components on the board? If I have the electronic file of the layout, I can (let) make it professionally. However it is not possible in large quantitites

Paul

ali.heliali, what is your goal here?

You have not given us any especially useful information about it. Given the lack of information, 10x DIP in tube, and talking about your pland for the ease of mounting.. I get the impression that you're going to try and sell these.

There's a number of ways this can be done.
An inductive pickup off the ignition wire comes to mind.
Not unlike an automotive timing light.

Paul-PJH: I have company already - millions is not problem for them but we need the buyers first Guess why T stopped production

darwin: Advice for YOU and your EGO: Ebay item number 280212612257
this boy have one SG for you good luck on biding
Ebay item number: 290216616732 this boy have lots of them and size IMHO will be OK :-D

AirWolfRC: Thats it ! The original IC and resistors is jailed inside the black material. I have found what is (was) there by hard way - slowly removing the glue and trying to measure the value of parts. Anyway as you say, IMHO there is possibility of some improvements. It is very interesting toy and can be used for many applications Back to process, no much time left here
Just finished the soldering and going to do some first tests.

Not a very good way to talk to potential clients... Paul, and Darwin were only asking questions.. ???? But again,, Maybe I missed something,,, XGM/VGM

But then I have several Stator Gators, so I wont need any soon,,,,

if your wanting to sell these
this is the last thing. The main point you have missed is the honesty. As some other people already understand, this piece is under development. It means I can NOT say anything what is not 100% verified. Lots people PM me, only answer now is: PLEASE WAIT WHEN DONE AND FULLY TESTED

No problem Take It Easy :-D
Just finished the basic job. It works nice in my desk with power supplier, receiver and GV-1. Now the question is: Where I can find the characteristics of the Zenoah power coils??

There is an easy way

Just mount the GV-1 sensor on the side of the case.
This has been discused many times.

But you again right! It was not other chance to find it quickly :-D
here is it : http://www.youtube.com/statorgator
Project almost done - it works at my desk OK but at lower voltage. I need to buy more resistors to set the reading inside the measured limit s. If nothing more important came up, Monday will be all ready to test with GV-1 on the heli.

Some name gator ready to go !!

I see it, but i asked you 5 days ago. Meanwhile I made my own development at this matter. Result here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ft-Jy3DZim8
Using bit different way to get same result and have new straight case mold ready for it as well. The price for your project is perfect as there is lots of material and contacts to board makers. But you keep the most important piece - domain and product name. IMHO domain and name is the basic thing what makes the SG lots easier to sell.
Don't vary, I'm not going to release any info about the parts inside, since your new product is based at same system like SG. In other words - when somebody want to know what is inside, hammer is cheap way) So, my decision is: Sell all incl domain - send me offer or I go by other way new domain name and new product name. I'm not interesting for only less important part of business. Thanks!!
