| Got the Benzin for a few months and finally installing all the electronic and completing the vario. Upon installing the swatch plate linkages to the servos, I notice it's very hard to push up and down the swatch plate on the main shaft and I isolated the problem to be the sleeve on the main shaft that goes up and down together with the swatch plate, with the 2 arm connecting to the flybar. Is the normal for a new vario? Does it simply need some need a few flights to break it in?
The DS8311 servos are strong enough to to function properly, but I am afraid since it's quite tight, the linkage rods might snap during flights. |
