Will I couldn't resist - I called the American Distributor for the Blitz Avro 90, Motion Unlimited in Colorado, (303)430-8828, and had a nice conversation on the Avro 90 - by this afternoon I will have convinced my wife that buying the Avro 90 is even better than buying 2 Vibe 50s!
Now if one thinks about it the Avro 90 mechanics should be great in any number of scale helicopters - its the flight characteristics adjustability factor and the overall quality factor. A Scale heli already involves money and Time so we should get quality and reliable mechanics which have the adjustability to do the setup that we want.
I came away with the feeling that the Avro 90 will not need Any After market Upgrades - They are all there! If I buy an Synergy N9 then I have heard that the quality is not too great and there are Upgrades that need to be made, so the True Cost of the Synergy is not just the cost of the kit! Hey even the nice Servo Arm Supports are included!
Now for my self I will start by running a YS61ST2, I am working on FAI so I don't need the Heart stopping power of a YS91, I have one just in case, but I don't think there is a need for it in FAI F3C - not at my level.
