Guys, i have managed to pick up a second hand one of these machines since i sold my last one i was hopeing to find another one ( yeh i know i shouldnt have sold the last one)

So here we go

Where can i get some parts from ??

what tail blades are the go Size and Brand ? i have heard that useing glass/carbon blades is no good as they can rip of tail grips off ?

the model has a jazz 55-10-32 and a Platenburg 300-30-A4 heli Motor
are these any good ?

Also what is the KV is the platenburg ??

i have a spare Neu 15152y and a Z-Power 50 floating around and another CC85 should i use those instead ?

Main blades ??? What to use here ? can it take 620 mains ??

IM itching to get this in the air as i need spare amin shaft, spindle, flybar and links to the head.

Thanks Dale

Hey Dale!
You can get parts from www.revolution-models.co.uk or directly from Jan henseleit. They are usually only a 3 day wait for us in the US.

You are not supposed to use the carbon tail blades because the tail is soo stiff. The CF blades will not allow the tail to "give" any and using them will lead to a bad flight day

The power setup you have in the heli now is very powerful and I would suggest using it unless it has problems.

fFor main blades, I would (and do now) use the CY 600mm Radix blades. They work very well and are smooth. I do not know about using 620mm blades but if Jan does not recommend it, I would not do it.
Do you have any pics? I hope this helps.....Ron

Your other bet would be cyberheli... everything I order from there usually ends up on my doorstep within the week... Order parts thursday - get them following monday.

620 blades will overlap the tail, so I wouldnt use them.
I have been using SAB 600 blades for the last 3 years on mine with very good results.
Tried a set of Radix 600's, but found them to be a lot more "bitey" and didnt suit me as well, but that may be a personal preference thing

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that

The MP had this problem when it first came out but Jan changed the parts so this wouldnt happen any more.

I wouldnt go above 600 myself. It really depends which head you are using... If you are using the head the first 3dmps came with Probably not as it is not as robust. The MPs that came out with the XL head will take it for sure. In either case you will need to be careful of the main blades hitting the tailblades

Don't blame you one little bit... As I said in previous posts try cyberheli... they're a little closer to us Ozzies
