| WeldingIt can draw enough amperage to weld the switch together if you stall it with too much voltage.
I prefer to keep it at 18V for this reason. I would rather stall the motor without welding the power switch closed. On 18v, if the engine won't turn over there is something wrong, like a hydrolock.
