Don't know about the motor and ESC but the design works pretty good they stole it from the old TPPacks.com Eraptor conversions.
As far as the motor and controller goes MS is not known for top quality stuff in that area so until you hear from someone who actually has one I'd reserve judgement on those.
Looks a like an AXI to me? If so they're average for planks but terrible heli motors. Low amperage and wattage ratings.

Yup that's what it is, an AXI. They stink for helis. I wouldn't go that route, for the same money you can get top quality stuff. Like at TPPacks.com.

Looks like they are dumping all those MS kits because no one wants them.
If you want a good electric Raptor just sell your nitro bird and get a E550 kit. They have a much better frame design and control system than the nitro Raptors. I just finished converting a Raptor 50 to an E620 using replacement parts from a E550 and E620. You can do it for about $100 in parts.
Just download the E550/E620 manual and see what you need. The stock motor and ESC are excellent.
