Does anyone know which switches have how many positions, ie which are two position, which are three position, and is there any difference between the switch layout on the plane version to the heli version?

I am looking to get the 10C, and in the UK they are planning to only release one version, I'm betting its going to be the plane version, anyone know if the throttle hold, throttle cut, idle up and gear/gyro switches are in the normal places (ie 9C, FF8, FF7 etc)

I am guessing that they are programmable with a radio like this, but are the switches like the three pos idle up in the right place?

We should start placing bets on when Futaba will actually release the Futaba 10C. I have sometime after Labor day. LOL. When us fliers in the NE the weather take the winter turn.

yeah i came here to read about the 10C and what everelse i could find out about it..........i know this is in Futaba's favor, but i just ordered the 12FG. it's more than i wanted to spend by twice, and it will be the last time i buy Futaba gear.
my bad as i switched all my Rx's to the 608FS thinking i would be seeing the 10C by at least the end of May.

If I was you, This is what I would have done if I was so disappointed or angry with Futaba:

I would have sold the 608’s (I will buy some from you for a reasonable price) and buy the JR radio that is on stock and go “feel the difference”, instead of paying more money for the 12FG that is still Futaba, the brand you are so angry or disappointed about.

PM me if you still will like to sell those 608’s.

i'm not dissapointed with Futaba at all. but i have so much Futaba gear now that i really don't want to go through the hassle of selling and shipping all the pieces (34 servos) (2-606 and 3- 608Rx's) and a bunch of electrical parts. i was originally going to buy the 12fg, but when the 10C was posted it was like why not get it instead and save 600 bucks which i did, but spent the savings on Rx's and a few more servos. this of course was my bad as i assumed that Futaba was sincere on the 10C's due date. i should have known better, and as usual they keep pushing the date back which is what ticked me off. i've been down for a month now (again my own fault), so i've turned my attention back to the 12. that and my better half took pity on me and gave me the additional cash needed to get the 12.
i really shouldn't need another radio or other radio gear for years to come, so i feel my choices are better off now.

All manufacturers do this. Aurora anyone? The JR Vibe 50 was pushed back all the time. The JR 12X was announced like a year ago and still hasn't come out yet. I never believe a manufacturer until it actually ships

I also said screw it and ordered a 12fgh new for 1100 and the futaba case from tower for 70, I think in the end I will be happy with the extra money spent. I hope!!!

I have a deposit on it.
I think futaba, if they cannot manage to release by mid-june, should offer a 12FG for the 10C price for everyone who had a deposit on the 10C....
