slightly off-topic question, but can you do trials on a regular bike (without a motor) airboss? I've been getting into doing trials this year and i need someone to ride with over the summer

bryguy, I am twice your age and refuse to peddal a bike up hill.there are some trials bike clubs in your area, and there is a motorcycle trials club there also, these guys train on bicycles. do a search and check American Trials Assoc. they should have some links.

ah cmon, i know people three times my age that could kick my arse in fitness related stuff. I'll definitely look into the clubs though.

its not a matter of being able to do it , just I have been on motorcycles my whole life and prefer HP over peddal power. we are the guys slinging rocks on those forestry at the peddlers. cover 75-100mi and still be home for lunch.

Well, just put the Mini Titan in at lunch...

Was inverted hovering about 10 feet up, too low for my skill, and lost the bird, tried to get it flipped over and went tailfirst into the ground.

As far as I can tell without being able to go home and pull the bird apart, I need to replace:

Mainblades, had Radix
spindle
main shaft
main gear
boom
flybar.

Servos seem ok so far, but haven't tested the tail.

Had to happen eventually. Been months since my last crash... She was runnig so well. Upped the headspeed and was rolling and tic tockin and flipping so well...

Bah...

Aox: Don't worry about that little mishap, practice and try it again.

I stuffed my 450 into the ground Sunday, broke a few things, but man, you should of seen me right before that, I was flying awesome, I just got mixed up and was too low to recover.....because I was showing off. <----straight up truth.

But damn I was flyin good.

practice Aox, you r fast learner than I am. It take me 3 months and lot of crash to learn funnel. I finnal can low funnel just now,


Anyone notice that doing funnel with real heli is lot easy than with sim? In sim the heli either don't have pitch or tail and cyclic too slow or too fast... make the heli rolling too easy.

funnel nose down is way easyer than tail down. weather man says sunny and warm this weekend, yippeeee.working my ass of this week sucks.
