I was practicing my nose in this weekend when I crashed.

The heli was caught a gust of wind and pushed it to my left. Well, I had a dumb thumb moment and gave it left stick. At the same time I also chopped the throttle down as I was only about 1 foot off the ground. Well, the blades struck the ground and thats all it needed.

Broke main blades, paddle bar, tail boom, horizontal stabilizer, and tail slider pitch fork. Total about $50.

Should have it rebuilt this week

Live and learn.

heres a good tip for nose in. say the heli is tilting to the left, all you have to do is fowllow it with the cyclic stick. what i mean is, when its drifting left, push the stick to the left. it will stop it from moving
