ive benn readind here ,im wondern about radio's. whats radio to get i have thought about the 400blade dealy, but i rather have futaba, instead of jr,,,and what about servo's. i was sitting at the table this smorning messen witht the broken "gyro",motor unpluged,. and stripped out another freaken stock servo. what is up with all the stuff goin to sheit! a list so far, stock motor , a washout,2 servo's and a gyro,"did i get a lemon?" when i got the yeller one, thing is, it did fly unbelevable, at first, but like less than 100 flite's? im buying a bunch of stuff. hope when i get all things ironed out,she is reliable, like the other's. im still waiten for the crash too, thats when i would expect to buy parts, i checked out the blade400, and the "only thing that was comparable to the HBK2" " was Nata" the blade looked awsome compared, but the price was not 109.00$ either, and the parts, hope my King get's better SOon

Well if you plan to stay in the hobby, I would suggest buying a good radio first, it will be with you for a long time If you buy the most you can afford...
Second is buy good electronics, these can be moved to a better or bigger heli when your ready to move up.... Good servos are pretty cheap around $20 each and will out last the cheapies and most can be rebuilt easily with a 3 dollar gear set... A good gyro is also a good investment.... Buy cheap, buy twice.....

Tom..... No "D" flying....

Listen to this man, he knows what he's talking about! Btw, there's no such thing as a sub-$200. I once heard that it takes $3000 to get started in helis. At first I thought that was rediculous. But now it seems more reasonable. I'm not quite there yet and don't think I ever will be with the King. But I've spend far more than I expected. My bare bones HBK2 kit was only $65. But I've got about $1000 into the King and I'm just getting started. This doesn't count what I spent on Blade CP, its spare parts, and the simulator.
