| The greying of signiture is a great idea because for some reasons, some member's signiture always look like part of their post.
I liked the member since date thingy, ok not that I really like it, but it has been there for years and taking it away now just make the side of the area under each member's name empty, like something is missing. Add to the site appeal? I would think not.
Nowadays, I find that some other r/c forums have this feature that when you place your mouse cursor over the title of a thread in a sub-catogory page, the first few lines of that thread appears in a float up box. That is something that I think would be a good idea because some thread titles and their actual content don't really match and this feature can save us the hassle of opening a thread that doesn't interest us. |
