| That is way too fast for this heli! Unless something else is the problem.
Check for any binding or rubbing of the motor/gears, etc.
Also, make sure:- your main shafts are not bent,
- the blades are not damaged,
- the "fly-bar" is not bent too badly, and
- gear mesh is good on both motors.
A poorly flying heli will put a lot of stress on the motors.
