I assume the video is not from BC Vancouver at this time of year

Hey, not all of Canada is covered in snow during the winter! We can fly all year round in Vancouver, it does rain fairly often in the winter though.

Great flying, as usual Alvin.

I've seen this fly in person, very impressive power from the stock Align motor.

Has programming of this system been simplified? How easy is it to plug and play?

Is this system optimised for both electric and nitro ?

Darn, that's some wicked G-force going on there. I thought the 450 had wicked fast cyclic as it was. Better strap in that battery extra good!

A base setting will be included that will work well for most heli setup. A beginner will be able to load this setup and fly without much tuning. One added feature is that the system can "learn" a heli's swashplate mixing, and be set up without a PC, and then tuned at the field with just two gain dials. For advanced users, it can be set up with a PC link to give on-board mixing, and detailed tuning options. The PC link will be included.

A safe release date will be around early spring. But if production goes smoothly, it may be released earlier.

The system has not been tested on nitro, the current focus is on electrics, but it will be tested on nitros once the weather clears.

Thanks for all the comments

SK360 Digital Flybar System

Just like to share some setup pictures of the 450. I'm currently using the Mini Titan hub and grips, just to get some extra rotor disc, the stock trex grips works fine too.

The reduction arm is necessary to allow normal servo throws for full resolution and torque. But once flybarless becomes popular, I believe 3rd party manufacturer will see the demand and come up with grips specially for flybarless conversion, which allow for a simple straight linkage from the swash to the grips.

Looks good Alvin,

If its as easy to set up as it sounds, it may be one a guy has to try.

Why does everyone never show a pic of their units ?

Can we see a picture of a stand alone unit ?
