e-E-Sky Honey Bee- Lama- Belt CP- E-Smart > getting a second Rx

Alright, Its happened like Tryan said it would. I had gotten a bare bones kit along with some spare parts and I thought I would put the purple stuff together and put it on the BB just to see how it would look. Well, one thing led to another and now its all together with the exception of the Rx. I have the Futaba 2.4GHz 6EX Fassst Tx and one Rx already.
So, my question is this, do I just go buy another Rx and put it in. Will my Tx pick up the second rx automatically and distinguish between the two. Is there any problems if you switch flying between one and then the other?

the transmitter does just that i dont think it cant distinguish between rx's but i guess it depends what rx is powered up. id say the only diffrence would be trim settings. id set up a diffrent model profile. "hbk2#2" or something like that.

I wish I was good at this

no problems at all...I have 2 rx's for my FUTABA2.4(HBK/MINI TITAN)....just buy the new one, bind it to the TX (takes 2 min)and off you go...you have to create a new model on the tx but thats about it.....I will be getting a 3rd rx very soon

edit....you MUST make sure you have the right model selected before flying....or things will not go well

If you can program a VCR you can program a heli radio.

Hey Fender and Tryan,

I have been looking around and the 6ex came with a 606 rx and all i can find are the 607's. I checked on the futaba web site it showed the 607 was ok too. Have you found the 606s anywhere?

Was it the same 606 that came with the tx?

the LHS that i got my tx from doesnt carry the 606s anymore. I guess I will go ahead and try the 607. I guess I'll ginuea pig(sp?) the step up rx.
